SCIENTIFIC GROUNDS

Our tool has been devised and designed on the basis of credible body of psychological knowledge, stemming from classic research in the area of personality psychology, the latest discoveries and meta-analysis. A thorough and detailed analysis of the literature on these topics have resulted in selection of the best predictors of work effectiveness.

These comprise both psychological traits, such as self-efficacy, locus of control, proactive personality, creativity, decision making, and cognitive functions, such as working memory or numeracy.

VALIDATION

ReQiu has been subjected to a series of detailed psychometric validation tests at every stage of project development. After a series of laboratory and online tests that altogether included over 2000 participants we were able to report high levels of study credibility and correlations of measured variables with selected psychological variables. The prediction of psychological variables in the final version of the ReQiu system stems from a classification based on machine learning.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Game summary is presented in the form of reports available in several different versions. Description and presentation of results have been designed in a way that allows to draw accurate conclusions without professional knowledge or certified training.

Can games actually impact the desire to work for a specific employer?
PwC Multipoly

PwC noted an alarming shortage of young employees. What’s even worse, potential employees weren’t motivated enough to actively search for new job posts on company’s website. In order to solve this problem, PwC designed a computer game that simulated the first year of work at the company. Virtual reality mirrored the real environment of the office. As a result, the number of potential candidates increased by 190%, while the sheer interest to work at the company increased by 78%.
